If Richland Library does not own a particular item, you can request to borrow it from another library through Interlibrary Loan. Please visit the Research Desk at the Main Library or call (803)929-3400 to place an Interlibrary Loan request. Here is a link to the Interlibrary Loan Guidelines.

Popular, new releases are not requestable through interlibrary loan but they may be requested through the Request A Purchase form on our website under Services.
