You may come to any Richland Library to print the tax forms you need or to e-file using our computers. Click these links to find federal tax forms and South Carolina State forms.

We do not provided printed forms, but if you need assistance printing your form we will be happy to help you. You can order printed forms from the IRS and the State of South Carolina. These links will provide instructions for ordering Federal and State printed forms.
