Richland Library offers library card holders downloadable ebooks, audiobooks, music, movies and magazines.

First, check out a title from our catalog or from the links below, also found on our home page under Stream & Download.

Checked out titles can then be downloaded to an app or streamed through your Internet browser. E-titles automatically expire at the end of their lending periods.

Ebooks are available through Libbyformerly known as OverDrive (or the Libby app) and hoopla (or the hoopla app). They are checked out for 21 days.

Downloadable eAudiobooks are available through Libby (or the Libby app) or hoopla (or the hoopla app) for 21 days.

Music is available through hoopla (or the hoopla app).

e-Magazines are available through the Libby app and Flipster (or Flipster app) and can be downloaded or read online with no expiration.

Movies and TV shows can be streamed online or downloaded to your smart TV through hoopla or Kanopy. Richland Library card holders can play 10 Kanopy titles per month. Each title checks out for 3 days and the checkout limit is reset at the first of each month.

Richland Library card holders may borrow 20 Libby titles at a time, 10 hoopla titles per month, and receive 20 Kanopy tickets per month. There is no borrowing limit on eMagazines.

Check out the links above for instructions for each e-platform. You can also start in your app store by downloading the apps associated with each lending library. Follow the prompts for set up and begin enjoying your Richland Library e-titles from home.
