  1. Per SC Judicial Court website, Marion is 33, Marlboro is 34 and McCormick is 35. This is also verified by legal community which files documents in said counties.

I live in Murrells Inlet and for the second year in a row have received#22 Georgetown Motor Vehicle tax bill...even though it was corrected last year went to(auditor,treasurer, motor vehicle) Purchased a new car and our registration has#22 on county code and we received a tax bill from Georgetown but it is on our old car?? How do we correct this mess? We went to car dealership and all our paperwork has Horry county on it but...dealership business office said when Murrells Inlet is on computer #22 hets coded because two counties in MI?....help!!!

  3. You MUST turn in your old license plates or transfer the tag to the new vehicle otherwise the county will think the tag is still active and tax you accordingly
