Author events are based on the library's schedule and the addition of the book to our general collection. Authors that have had book signings at the library in the past have had their work(s) added to our collection following our selection criteria.
To be selected for our collection your book must have:
- Two positive reviews in standard library sources, such as Library Journal, New York Times Book Review or other authoritative review sources.
- If it is a local title with local content, it may have a review from the local newspaper.
