If you have forgotten your library card number or PIN you can use the links below to retrieve or reset them via an email address. If you do not have an email address in your library account then you may retrieve them in person with a photo ID.

Your PIN or password is assigned when you register for a library card. Usually, it is the last 4 digits of your home phone number, but it can be set to any 4 to 8 digits you can easily remember. You may change your PIN in your account under Settings.
