Yes, you may have a document notarized at our Richland Library Main location at 1431 Assembly Street in downtown Columbia. Bring a photo ID and your document, unsigned, to the Main Library and ask for the notary on duty at one of our service desks.

Other library locations may have a notary available, please call ahead to check before driving to our other locations.

Please note that documents must not be signed prior to arrival. And bring your photo ID.

There is no charge to have a document notarized.
