If you have a Kindle Fire tablet with has access to an app store then you can download the hoopla app to borrow and read hoopla titles through the app. Hoopla titles can not be read on a Kindle Paperwhite eReader. For owners of Kindle Paperwhite eReaders, please use Libby to borrow Kindle formatted titles from Richland Library.

Richland Library card holders can checkout 10 hoopla titles per month. There is no waiting list for hoopla, the entire library is available 24-7.
