You have the option to create an alternate username for your login that is easier to remember than your library card number. First, sign in with your Richland Library card number and PIN. Click My Account and Settings and enter a username in the Username field. The username cannot contain special characters. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.
You may then access your library account with either the Username or your Richland Library card numbers. However you will still need your card numbers to access the research tools or streaming and downloading services.
