Because all Richland Library programs are free and open to the public, individuals and media are invited to attend and photograph and/or film any part of the program. If you are looking to speak with another customer, library staff member or program presenter, you will need to obtain verbal or written permission from that person. If that person is 18-years-old or younger, you will need to obtain verbal or written permission from the parent or mentor.
